Redemption Center
All purchases from The Radio Shopping Show must be picked up and paid for within six (6) days of placing your order. Picking up your order is now easier than ever! Our Redemption Center, located at 16 Douglas Avenue, Elgin, Illinois is open Monday-Fridays Noon to 2pm.
Please check our home page for current Redemption Center Hours. We accept cash, checks, money orders and all four major credit cards. Checks must be addressed to Elgin Community Broadcasting.
In addition to picking up your order at our Redemption Center you may purchase certificates at any of our Road Shows.
If you still find it difficult to come to our Redemption Center or any of the Road Shows you can always be a Credit Card Mail Order customer. We have thousands and thousands of customers who receive their orders each week by mail.
The following information must be included on your check:
- Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Key Tag Number in the memo section of your check
- Drivers License Number and State Issued In
By far the most convenient and popular option available to our shoppers is Credit Card Mail Order.
Any shopper with a valid credit card may have their orders automatically processed and mailed to their home. Once again, the minimum order is $20.00 and there is a minimal $2.00 per order surcharge for credit card mail order.
To register for this option simply visit our Redemption Center at 16 Douglas Avenue, Elgin, Illinois, during posted business hours and register your credit card or phone our business line 847-741-7700 during business hours.
Remember when your credit card expires or if you move, it is your responsibility to keep your contact information up to date to prevent delay in shipping. The same goes for address/phone and email address.
The confidentiality of your information is important to us. You have our pledge that we have never, nor will we ever, divulge any personal information to third parties. All information provided to The Radio Shopping Show is used only to help you save money.
